Goals
Track productivity to validate efficiency and justify staffing.

Challenges
This was a work in progress, designed by committee, being developed side-by-side with the new API and web application.
Deadlines
eScheduler had to be in the hands of users by the end of 2020, which was seven months after the project was approved.
Proven Efficiency
eScheduler provides users with a tool that allows them to track their daily tasks, as well as record all tasks assigned to them by nursing tams on their assigned floor. These users can also track the actual time it takes to complete a task, provides validation of completed tasks, and allows the user to discretely notify supervisors when they need assistance. Finally, users receive notifications whenever new on-demand tasks are created from operations.
