Goals
Create a custom application to provide access to Wellview services from mobile platforms.
Support both iOS and Android platforms, including both phone and tablet idioms.
Introduce hybrid views to allow access to existing web application components
Challenges
This project took several surprise turns from its inception. These started with a new product owner and new designs after initial UI had already been constructed, followed by the scope being expanded and the deadline being truncated. Despite these challenges, the team worked together to produce a quality app on time and for far less than quoted by the competition.
Deadlines
As mentioned, the deadlines were changed during the course of the project, but everyone involved still managed to get the job done on time.
Feature Rich
The MVP version of Wellview Mobile contains all of the features and functionality of its pre-existing web application counterpart.

- Get recommendations on how to improve their health metrics
- Schedule and manage appointments with their Care Team from their phone or tablet
- Chat with their Care team and receive alerts for new messages and resources as they come in
To create a convenient platform for Wellview clients to access their personal goals, Care Team and Health Advisor from the convenience of their mobile device.
This project has tight deadlines, but it as supported by a great team of developers.
